Stoked Community Platform

OVERVIEW
Rakefire LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Stoked, a community and advocacy platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Stoked Platform as an Advocate or Prospect in the Rakefire community.
The Platform is built and operated by Rakefire LLC on behalf of, and in coordination with, Rakefire. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Unless otherwise defined, terms in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as in our Terms of Service.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. If you reside in another state or jurisdiction with specific privacy rights, please see the "State-Specific Privacy Rights" section below.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Rakefire is the data controller for your personal information collected through this community. Rakefire LLC is the data processor, operating the Stoked platform on the Brand's behalf. Rakefire LLC is not responsible for the Brand's independent use of your data outside the Stoked platform, and the Brand is not responsible for Rakefire LLC's platform-level data practices. Each party is independently responsible for their own compliance obligations.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Personal Data
When you register or use the Platform, we may collect:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number (required for SMS communications)
- Mailing address, city, state, and ZIP code
- Profile information you provide
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Pages visited, time and date of visit, time spent on pages
- Device identifiers and diagnostic data
Cookies and Tracking Data
We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience. Types of cookies used include:
- Session Cookies — to keep you logged in during your session
- Preference Cookies — to remember your settings
- Security Cookies — to protect your account
You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.
Text Message Consent Data
When you opt in to receive SMS communications, we record your consent, including the date, time, and method of opt-in, in accordance with applicable regulations and Twilio's Messaging Policy.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your Platform account
- Send community updates, referral notifications, and reward alerts via email and SMS
- Facilitate your participation in Rakefire's advocacy and referral programs
- Improve and maintain the Platform
- Analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience
- Comply with legal obligations
- Detect and prevent fraud or misuse
TEXT MESSAGE (SMS) COMMUNICATIONS
By registering for the Platform, you consent to receive text messages from Rakefire LLC and/or Rakefire. We use Twilio as our SMS infrastructure provider. Your phone number and consent data are shared with Twilio solely for the purpose of delivering these communications.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@rakefire.io.
Our messaging practices comply with applicable laws and Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy.
SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
With the Brand
As a platform operated on behalf of Rakefire, relevant information about your participation, referrals, and activity may be shared with Rakefire to administer your community experience and deliver rewards.
With Service Providers
We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers (such as Twilio for SMS, and analytics providers) who assist us in operating the Platform. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and may only use your data for specified purposes.
Legal Disclosures
We may disclose your information when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights and safety of users or the public.
No Sale of Personal Data
We do not sell your personal information. We may use aggregated, non-identifiable data to support our business development, but this will never include your name, email, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
DATA TRANSFER
Your data may be stored and processed on servers located outside your home jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you consent to this transfer, provided appropriate safeguards are in place.
DATA SECURITY
We implement and maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These measures include, but are not limited to: encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel, and regular review of our data collection and storage practices. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a breach, we will follow the procedures outlined in the "Data Breach Notification" section below.
DATA BREACH NOTIFICATION
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Platform within a reasonable timeframe, as required by applicable law.
ANALYTICS
We may use third-party analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to monitor Platform usage. You can opt out of Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.
LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES
The Platform may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Withdraw your consent to SMS communications at any time

STATE-SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on the state in which you reside, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
You have the right to: (1) know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell; (2) request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions; (3) correct inaccurate personal information; (4) opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as defined under California law. To exercise your rights, contact us at support@rakefire.io. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut, and Texas Residents
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal data. You also have the right to opt out of profiling and targeted advertising. To submit a request, contact support@rakefire.io.
All State Requests
We will respond to verified requests within 45 days. We may extend this period by an additional 45 days with notice. We do not charge a fee for reasonable requests.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or a Platform notice.
